Appointments

Please call the us to reserve an appointment. A credit card will be required to hold your appointment.

Cancellations

We understand things happen, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will require a three hour notice. If appointments are not cancelled within the designated time, a $25 fee will be charged. Thank you.

When to Arrive

Arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment will allow you time to enjoy a cup of tea, let go of the day's stresses and fill out our wellness intake forms. We will do our best to accomadate you if you are late, however, there will often be a client scheduled right after you and we will generally have to shorten your treatment lenght.

Choosing a Therapist

Please specify whether you would prefer a male or female therapist when you book your appointment.

Enjoying Our Facilities

You are welcome to enjoy our tranquil environment before or after your treatment with a cup of tea or choose to read from our library of wellness books.  Though most cell phone ring tones these days are quite pleasant, we ask you to that you please turn your cell phones so you and our other clients can enjoy an undisturbed experience.

Personal Property

We suggest that you leave your valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Gratuity

Our therapists take special care in providing you with individual attention and appreciate your generosity. Gratuities are not included in the cost of the treatment. The recommended standard gratuity is 15%-20%. An envelope will be provided at the front desk for your convenience.  Gratuity for acupuncture, chiropractic and thermography is not recommended.

Payment

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, cash and Tao of Venus gift certificates.

Gift Certificates

Tao of Venus gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion. They may be used toward treatments and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates are not refundable.

Parking

Two hour metered parking can be found in front of our building.  The meters do accept credit cards.  Side street parking is available so allow enough time to find a parking space.
