Beth Meneley, L.Ac. is the owner and Wellness Director of Tao of Venus. She is a California State Board Licensed Acupuncturist, Maya Abdominal Massage Practitioner and Massage Therapist. She received her Master's Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine graduating with honors from Emperor's College of Traditional Oriental Medicine and earned a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of California Santa Cruz.
While completing the four-year Master's Degree program and internship at Emperor's College in 2002, she was also at clinical intern at UCLA Arthur Ashe Center, LA Free Clinic and Cri-Help Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation. Beth was an apprentice with
Dr. Arvigo in Belize and is a practitioner of The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage. She also holds certification in DNA Theta Healing and Quantum Touch.
Beth began exploring various healing modalities from an early age, seeded by her father and brother’s journey through cancer. She learned early on the power the mind had over the body and how precious a healthy body, mind and spirit are.
Working at four different clinics, she was always intrigued by her patient’s life stories and how they connected to their health. She became fascinated with the biochemical connections between the mind and the body, and how emotional stress changed the biochemistry of the brain and the immune system, which then affected the hormones and our health. |

When she treated patients in acupuncture school, time after time, she would see dramatic changes with women with hormonal issues. Dealing with her own hormonal imbalances since she was a teenager, she, like so many women, tried the limited options
available, which often made the symptoms worse. Beth, herself, began taking herbs and receiving acupuncture, and her life was forever changed. She knew she had to open a center where women would be able to address their hormonal, emotional and health issues. The path of women’s wellness, Tao of Venus, had begun.
After graduation, Beth continued her interest in women's health and focused on an integrative approach to wellness. In 2006, she founded Tao Of Venus, a center where women of all ages can address their hormonal and health care concerns along their individual paths through life, from the teen years through menopause and beyond.
In Beth's continued passion to give the best possible care to her patients, she keeps up to date with the current advancements in the field of infertility and women's health and makes it her priority to learn from the leading fertility acupuncture specialists around the country and internationally, such as Randine Lewis, author of the book “The Infertility Cure,” Jane Lyttleton, Mike Berkley, Debra Betts and Dr. Jing. Beth is a professional member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine. She holds certifications in Energy Light Facial Rejuvenation, Facial Acupuncture Rejuvenation, Facial Rejuvenation with cupping
and has been a licensed massage therapist since 1996. |

As an Oriental Medicine Practitioner my vision is to help individuals achieve well-being and health using safe and natural modalities. My intention is focused on providing patients with personalized, guided and mindful support on their path towards wholeness and well being of mind, body and spirit. My love for Medicine led me to a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from New York University and then into research at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Soon I realized that I desired to help people in a more direct way, this led me to study Tradition Oriental Medicine. I am also now trained in Maya Abdominal Massage. I combine scientific and holistic knowledge to create a peaceful healing environment for my patients. I look forward to helping you on your journey to radiant health and well-being. |
